What Is SPT?

Southshore Performance Training (SPT) is our athletic division designed to strengthen and condition your muscles to take your physical fitness to the next level. With more than 20 years of experience in athletic training and rehabilitation, we provide cutting-edge programs and customized classes to enhance performance and prevent injury for adults and children of all ability levels. Our main objective is to help you perform at your peak ability.

Specifically tailored for the sport, training level, age, injury history and time of year (in or off season), our classes offer a low teacher-to-student ratio enabling our trained coaches to work individually with every athlete. Each session builds on the previous ones to ensure safe, proper progression and continuous improvement. From one-on-one instruction and consultation to sharing meal ideas and creating workout playlists, we go the extra mile to help you reach your goals.

Appointments can be scheduled electronically as early as a week in advance or as late as just an hour beforehand. Because we want to provide you with the best experience, class sizes are limited so don’t wait to book. Group rates are available.
