Southshore Physical Therapy, Metairie Louisiana, 2026 New Years Resolution in one word, Lee Couret, Jessica Couret

For the sixth year in a row around here, the crew at Southshore PT is digging deep to identify the parts of our lives that we want to improve upon and even embody for the coming year. Is there something you want to have more of in your 2026 life? Or, on the other hand, is there something you definitely don’t want to repeat for the next 12 months of your life? The bottom line is … who do you want to become by December 31, 2026? That’s the goal. But here’s the catch. Each of our 2026 New Year’s resolutions can only be ONE WORD.

Trust me. It’s a bit harder than it sounds.

And to serve as a daily reminder of this commitment to ourselves, we will each be creating a wrist band to showcase our resolutions for the new year. (Thanks again to our innovative friends at My Intent Project). So, feel free to check in with us from time to time to see how we’re doing. Or, even better, why not join us? We hope to make the world a better place … one word at a time.
